Custom jewelry cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of the delivery date of your order to the following address:

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been worn and must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need the receipt so we can identify your order.
Refunds Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. If it is accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Exchanges
We will exchange non-personalized items within the return period, or if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item (unless the item is defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement item to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an order worth more than €200, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
